VIBROCIOK
Centrifugal type rotary machine specifically designed for moulding hollow items. It is easy to use as it is fitted with electronic rotation speed and vibration intensity variator. Special plastic materials have been used for transmitting the rotary motion as well as adjustable vibration damper feet to reduce the machine’s noise level. The moulds are attached on appropriate magnetic plates.

In addition to be inserted in an automatic system, the RSC machine may operate as a stand-alone as well. It may be fitted with special conveyor belts to insert and extract automatically the moulds on wheels and automatic mould opening and closing devices both on infeed and outfeed. To meet the two-fold requirement of high product quality standards and compliance with safety regulations, the machine is fitted with a booth for heat conditioning and operators protection.
